You can upload photos by going to the upload photos button after you have logged in on the top right hand corner. This is also where you can download a photo that you like and want to modify. The maximum image size is 200 kb. The image has to be in either JPEG, GIF, or PNG format.
You can right click on your image and view the properties menu(windows) or get info(mac).

Yes and no. Everybody can comment on your photos, as long as they are registered members. Members must login before commenting on images.
No. You cannot delete images that have been uploaded. It would defeat the purpose of being able to see the changes. Once you have uploaded content it becomes property of Kimimi.
